Montoya named 2011 Volunteer of the Year
At its recent holiday reception, The Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce recognized local veteran Frank Montoya as its 2011 Volunteer of the Year. He is shown above with (l to r) Mayor Jeri C. He was nominated for this honor because of his extensive involvement with organizing the local Veterans Day ceremonies for the last 10 years and for the recent construction of Fountain Valley’s own Veterans Memorial.
