Fountain Valley Singers Presenting GOING HOME! April 22

Members of The Fountain Valley Singers will present their first concert of the year at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 22, at St. Raphael’s Episcopal Church, 802 Leta Drive, Security.

GOING HOME! is a concert of enjoyable music like: Deep River, River in Judea, There is a Balm in Giliad, and much more. There is no charge for this concert. A “free will offering” will be taken for the church’s Food Pantry which ministers to and serves an average of 1,300 families and individuals in the immediate area during the year.

“Come and bring your family, friends, and neighbors,” a spokesperson said.

Persons interested in singing with this community choir should call Director Judy Westcott at 599-7623. There are no dues and no auditions. Practices are from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesdays at St. Raphael’s

“No musical experience is necessary,” Westcott said. “Just bring your desire to sing and your sense of humor, because we have fun.”
