Benefit 44-mile Bicycle Ride and Fireman's Breakfast set for Sept. 10 in Hanover

The 2nd annual Tour de Hanover, a 44-mile bicycle loop, is scheduled for 7:30 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 10. A Fireman’s Breakfast will be served at 6:30 a.m. prior to the ride.

The entry fee is $30. Proceeds will go towards the restoration of the old Sunnyslope School house.

The bike ride begins in the parking lot of the Hanover Junior/Senior High School, 17050 S. Peyton Hwy. Breakfast will be served at the nearby Hanover Fire Station One.

The route will form a square. Riders will head north on Peyton Hwy., west on Squirrel Creek Rd., south on Link Rd. in Fountain, then east on Old Pueblo Rd. returning to the school.
