Young Hero Knew Exactly What to do to Help Woman Needing Medical Aid

Caleb Hilliard who acted quickly to help a woman needing medical attention shown with his cat Crystal.

When 11-year-old Caleb Hilliard of Fountain saw a woman in the Janitell Junior High School parking lot needing medical help, he knew exactly what to do, call 911 and run to get help.

"I was sitting in a car in the parking lot listening to the radio when I saw a lady collapse and start convulsing," he said. "I called 911 and then ran up to the school to get help."

He continued, "The principal, vice principal, and the nurse came out and then the ambulance arrived."

His mother, Betty, who was in the school when everything happened, said she was very proud of Caleb.
