Kaytlin Kosey, 11, a sixth grader at Fountain Middle School, made an interesting discovery when she recently opened the door after somebody rang the doorbell on her house on Harvest Field Drive in Fountain. She had been "Booed."

Somebody or "something" had left a pumpkin basket filled with Halloween-related goodies on her porch. Inside the basket was a note saying "You've Been Booed" with instructions to post the note "where it could be seen and leave it up till Halloween and it will scare other ghosts who may visit" and "to make copies of the note and make two treats and deliver them to two neighbors."

Instead of just two neighbors, Kosey is making similar baskets and delivering them to multiple houses in her neighborhood.

"It was an awesome surprise to find it on my porch," said Kosey, the daughter of Kay and Chris Bannister.
