WHS hosts the 2018 JROTC Invitational Drill, Academic and Field Meet

Junior ROTC units from eight high schools participated in a variety of events at Widefield High School on Saturday, Jan. 27. Competitions included Personnel Inspections of each unit; Color Guard presentations; Armed and Unarmed Basic Drill Routines; Individual Academic Tests; and a variety of outdoor field meet events and group Drill Down.

This was the 19th drill meet in this program and the first time Widefield High School's Navy JROTC Unit hosted the event. Cadets in grades 9 through 12 participated.
