Groundbreaking Ceremony Takes Place for New District 3 Pre-K-8th Grade School

Helping break ground for Widefield School District 3's new Pre-K through eight grade school, Grand Mountain School located in Lorson Ranch recently were: from the left, Charron Schoenberger (School Board President), Susan Graham (School Board Vice President), Theresa Watson (Treasurer), Dennis Neal (WSD3 Chief Operations Officer), Tyson Nunn (President of Nunn Construction), Andy Lewis (LKA Partners), Scott Campbell (WSD3 Superintendent), Jim Boudreau (School Board Member), Brian Pohl (Principal of Grand Mountain School), and Neil Nelson (School Board Member.) The school is expected to open in the fall of 2019.

A ground-breaking ceremony was held recently for Widefield School District’s 3’s new Pre-Kindergarten-8th Grade Grand Mountain School in Lorson Ranch.

The new school will open in the fall of 2019.

About 50 persons attended the event. Speakers included WSD Superintendent Scott Campbell, Tyson Nunn, President of Nunn Construction; District 3 School Board President Charron Schoenberger, and Grand Mountain Principal Brian Pohl.
