Natural Disaster Solicitors, aka "Ambulance Chasers"


Shortly after midnight Wednesday, June 13, our city suffered a very destructive hailstorm that lasted just over one hour. It finally ended around 2:30 a.m.. The full scale of destruction became evident once it was daylight. Houses and vehicles were severely damaged by hail that ranged from golf ball size to tennis ball size. Tree branches and debris littered the streets and properties. It was mid-week and instead of getting ready to go to work, many residents began the day by cleaning up, assessing the damage and making calls to their respective insurance companies.
