Why Unaffiliated Voters Had Two Ballots


I recently received the following text message from a constituent. "I will not return my ballot because my ballot will not count. I am non-affiliated. Therefore, I get two ballots. But I can't select from both ballots. Make sense to you? Me either, when the parties get off their cuffs and make it one ballot for all.... then I will turn in a ballot."
