Man Arrested After Threatening Others with a Knife on Greyhound Bus

At approximately 7 p.m. Monday, personnel from the Fountain Police Department, and the City of Fountain Fire Department responded to northbound 1-25, close to the South Academy overpass, to investigate a single- vehicle accident.

According to Lisa Schneider, FPD Media Relations Officer, the accident involved a Greyhound Bus, with passengers on board, headed to Denver. While officers were responding to the accident, they learned there was a male passenger armed with a knife who was threatening other passengers. Once officers arrived, the armed male was taken into custody without incident...
