Public Health Officials Encourage Flu Vaccination

The flu season is officially underway and El Paso County Public Health officials urges anyone 6 months of age and older to get a flu vaccination as soon as possible. Two cases of hospitalized influenza (flu) have been reported in the county as of Oct. 23.

“Getting an influenza vaccine every year is the best way to prevent the spread of the flu.
