Residents Living West of Railroad Tracks or in the Country Club Heights Area

Invited to Community Meetings on Infrastructure Needs

March 13, 2019

If you live west of the railroad tracks along US 85/87 and the east track through Fountain or if you live in Country Club Heights, you are invited to attend a meeting designed to gain your input concerning infrastructure needs for your area.

Residents west of the railroad tracks meet at 6 p.m. Friday, March 15, at the International House of Pancakes.

Residents of Country Club Heights (the subdivision north of Janitell Junior High School) meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, at the Fountain International House of Pancakes.

This is part of the Moving Fountain Forward Project, which is responsible for improvements made to Fortman St. and Medicine Bow in Country Club Heights and Carson Blvd. west of 85/87. Additionally, Moving Fountain Forward is responsible for the extension of C&S Road, the Duckwood Intersection on US 85/87, the street light at C&S Road and Fountain Mesa Road, and Link Road improvements, and more.

“Prior to the meeting, take a look at the infrastructure needs in your neighborhood. Go on-line on the City of Fountain webpage to the Moving Fountain Forward link for more information. Come prepared to share your ideas and come dine at the IHOP,” Ken Lippincott said. For more information contact Ken at 719-391-0695
