Ghost Towns

This area has a lot of ghost towns. Many are now included in other towns, but some around here are not even as much as a pile of old wood. Some were farm towns, while a few were railroad towns. This ghost town today is one that has a name you may have heard of, mainly if drive south on Old Pueblo Road. In 1880s this was a booming camp. It grew to about 500 people! Today you might think, maybe 50. To have a look at this camp it was named, quite casually, by a group of railroaders, who happened to need a name.
