The Second Annual Harvest Time Redeeming Ministries Community Easter Egg Hunt was held Sunday, April 6, at Metcalfe Park in Fountain.

The day started off with an Easter egg hunt for special needs children, followed by toddlers and youths; there were over 10,000 plastic eggs with candy and toys. Children also got to break piñatas, play in bounce houses and play games. Music was provided by James Flowers of DJ Shield, free food, courtesy of Brisket Brothers, and drinks were also provided.

Co-Pastor Lillie Johnson said, "Our goal is for people to come here and enjoy themselves and to give back to the community."

Pictured with two Easter bunnies are some of the Harvest Time Redeeming Ministry church members and volunteers who helped with the event including, Pastor Theodore and Co-Pastor Lillie Johnson, Teri Draper, Tobias and Latoya Reid, Sandra Dunlap, Ashley Rhodes, and Teresa Reed.
