We Did Kill a Few "Bad Bills" During the 2019 Legislative Session

In spite of what you may hear, the 2019 session was not all bad. I managed to pass 18 bills, several for behavioral health, Physician Assistants, firefighting foam and living donors. And we managed to kill a few bills that many people thought were bad for Colorado. Of course, the term "bad bill" is a matter of opinion. Regardless, below are a few of the bills that were killed in the House and Senate.
