The WHAT?

 

I have done several stories over the years, including how Peterson Field got going, but to me this one was a real surprise. Did you know there once was a Manitou Airport? As I have looked into our aviation history this one popped right up as an impossible one! It was even wilder when I learned just where it was. I'll let your imagination mull that one over, before I tell you.
