A Climate of "Let Me Help You" is What Citizens Want and Deserve From City Council

 

I'm beyond being surprised at the manner in which council speaks down to the citizens.  After a citizen contacted me and shared information about the discussion (and I use the term "discussion" loosely) regarding the delay at train track crossings, I would like to congratulate any citizen who is brave enough and has skin, tough enough, to address Fountain City Council.    

I witnessed a "dressing down" of the Widefield residents when they opposed the gas station request to be built across the road from Mesa Ridge High School. I've experienced it firsthand. If you want a Council scaldi...
