Man Arrested After Breaking Into Walmart And Threatening Employee With A Knife

On Sunday, Sept. 8, at approximately 1:15 a.m., officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart located at 6310 S. Highway 85 in Fountain, for a report of a male party threatening an employee with a knife and attempting to break into the closed store.

Officers made contact with the male party who, after damaging the entrance doors, was now inside the store. The male complied with police commands and was taken into custody without incident.

He was armed with a knife at the time of arrest and had caused thousands of dollars' worth of damage to the store. The suspect was identified as 32-year-old Joshua...
