Fountain-Fort Carson Football Falls to 3-6 after Loss to Regis Jesuit

Michael Jones and Delilah Micou were crowned Fountain-Fort Carson Homecoming King and Queen at halftime of the Trojans' game against Douglas Country.

The Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans fell to 3-6 with a 41-21 loss to the Regis Jesuit Raiders last Friday night in Denver.

With the loss, the Trojans fell to 2-2 in the Class 5A South League.

The Trojans won the opening toss and elected to defer. This led to three straight touchdowns for the Raiders, including one after a turnover.

The game settled in the second quarter, with neither team getting on the board, so Regis led 21-0 at the half. The situation improved for the Trojans in the second half, despite giving up a touchdown early on a turnover.
