Sheriff's Office Warns of Phone Scam Using Sheriff's Employee Names

The Sheriff’s Office has received a report of another phone scam.  The caller advised the victim of a missed court date and a citation would need to be paid in excess of $4,000.00.  In these most recent cases, they are using the name of an actual employee of the Sheriff’s Office and a judge.
