Here is a Colorado Springs problem, we do not have! Statues in the streets downtown. Which was fi rst? One that actually is not there anymore, except as a modem replacement. In 1922, a statue was moved to an island in the center of Nevada. That statue was originally in Stratt on Park, out along Cheyenne Road which was now being developed for homes. It was in honor of Winfi eld Scott Stratt on, Colorado Springs millionaire and owner of the park. It was moved to Nevada and Verniij o, in a litt le round island in the center of the intersection.
