JOSIAH EZEKIEL BROWN is a Black Male, 18 years old, 6’1” tall, and 180 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. BROWN is wanted for Failure to Comply: Motor Vehicle Theft, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Menacing.
