Brewery fundraiser to benefit Fountain firefighters

Peaks N Pines Brewing Co. is holding a fundraiser in conjunction with Shield616 for the Fountain Fire Department this Friday and Saturday.
Organizers said $1 from every beer sold will go toward the purchase of new protective gear for local firefighters.
Hours on Friday are 3-11 p.m., and noon-11 p.m. on Saturday. Peaks N Pines is at 212 W. Illinois Ave., Fountain.
