In honor of a late school principal, Widefield School District 3's Positive Action Team organized the Tracy Vsetecka Read-a-thon. Vsetecka was a principal at Talbott STEAM Innovation School and a long-time educator in Widefield. She was a leader in literacy and passionate about teaching students to read. Every school in the district participated with activities during the month of February leading up to Dr. Suess' birthday and Read Across America Day on March 2.
