Local author talks WWII history, donates books

Author Sarah Byrn Rickman recently spoke at the Manufucturing Industry Learning Lab (or "the MiLL") about her books on the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP), a team of civilian pilots who tested and transported aircraft for the United States Army during World War II. She handed out autographed copies of her most recent books, "BJ Erickson: WASP Pilot" and "Nancy Love: WASP Pilot," to librarians from Sproul Junior High School and Widfield High School.
