COVID's effect on session

First update would be the Colorado Supreme Court's 4-3 decision that during times of crisis the legislature can adjourn for extended periods and it will not be counted against their 120 days. What that means is there are 58 days left in this session. They can now be used in a variety of ways, basically at the will of the majority. We may run 58 days consecutively when we reconvene. Or we may work for a period of time, adjourn for a number of days, reconvene the session and then repeat it all over again.
