County, state offices slowly reopen in-person services

With the Stay At Home Order replaced by Safer At Home, some offices are cautiously phasing back in their in-person services.
The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder’s Office reopened some of its services by appointment only on May 4. The reopened services are available at the Main Office, North Office and Southeast Office; the offices’ hours are Monday-Friday (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) and Saturday (8 a.m.-5 p.m.). All three offices are now providing Motor Vehicle and Driver’s License services. The Main Office also provides the following services: Elections; Recording; Marriage Licenses (online)....
