Police Explorers program teaches students law enforcement, life skills

Young people interested in what the police do have an opportunity to learn about it first-hand. In 2015, the Fountain Police Department (FPD) started the Police Explorers program, a chance for students to study alongside law enforcement officers. The program is for students between 14 and 21 years old, and they can send in applications throughout the year.
