Shops, restaurants begin to reopen, but some are struggling to get by

Several recent stories have talked about COVID-19's impact on businesses. Some businesses (such as food trucks) thrived during the non-essential business shutdown periods. Others have been less fortunate and aren't sure what their future holds. Fountain Valley News spoke to some local businesses about how they're faring these days.

Billy Brazil, owner of Achievement Gallery, says he's currently contemplating whether or not he can stay open. He says various factors are causing him to consider whether he'll have to close, but COVID-19 "definitely didn't help."
