Have you received a plain envelope this week that you thought might be junk mail -- maybe from a credit card company soliciting your business?
You might want to check it twice. Starting last week, federal stimulus payments have been mailed out to some individuals via prepaid debit cards. They come in a plain envelope from “Money Network Cardholder Services.”
