New businesses open; city reviews grant applications

Despite the recent COVID-19 shutdown causing many local businesses to lose money - some closing permanently - there is new growth on the horizon.
"We can share that business occupational licenses and real estate activities have continued to be healthy in our community, which is a good signal on behalf of our economy," said Fountain Economic Development Manager Kimberly Bailey.
