Arson suspect arrested for Security Boulevard house fire

Damage was contained mostly to the garage areas, but the Sinnes house next door also had damage to its siding.

A man was arrested Sunday evening following a house fire on Security Boulevard, which inflicted serious damage to the building and singed the neighboring house many longtime residents remember as the Sinnes house, or the "bird farm."

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office said Tre Montez Williams was arrested and booked into the county jail on charges of first-degree arson, two different counts of criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.
