Backed-up DMVs impacting drivers

COVID-19 has created some complications, especially for people who have to get government documents. Many government offices have reopened their doors, but social distancing rules and long waiting lists mean residents aren't getting documents at the usual pace.
For example, Colorado's Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) reopened some offices on May 4 and offers many services by mail or online.
