Plans are in motion for Front Range Passenger Rail (FRPR), a rail system covering 173 miles between Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and Denver. The plan started in 2017, when the Colorado Southwest Chief Commission became the Southwest Chief & Front Range Passenger Rail Commission.
