REMINDER: City of Fountain has funds for businesses

Last updated 7/15/2020 at 1:11pm

The city of Fountain continues to accept applications for its COVID-19 Business Impact Assistance Program that could provide Fountain businesses up to $15,000 each, depending on certain criteria. The city has a total of $1.4 million set aside for this, but only a small percentage of that has been awarded so far.

Applications are available on the city website, http://www.fountaincolorado.org.

The BIAP is open to small businesses and restaurants with a brick-and-mortar presence within the City’s boundaries, including locally-owned franchises, that can document negative financial impacts resulting from COVID-19 2020 (the date of the governor’s disaster declaration). Grants are available, based on available funds, for up to $3,000 per employee, with a maximum limit of $15,000.
