Update from last week's Water Quality meeting

As many of you read the Coalition's column from last week, the outcome is that we have blazed the trails with game-changing policies, getting our local community better control of what happens here rather than waiting for another massive contamination which ends in federal government stalemates and our local voices being hushed.
Our state is now heading into the direction of prevention of water contaminations rather than a reactive one. The Water Quality Control Commission (WQCC) voted 7 - 0 to dismiss the last-minute Administration Procedure Actions (APA) "motion to vacate" filed by many...
