The Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is shifting gears with its latest edition of the Colorado Driver Handbook as the Division focuses on bringing as many in-office services online as possible.
The Colorado Driver Handbook, which is out now on digital platforms, is a manual the DMV publishes on an as-needed basis to help soon-to-be-motorists learn how to drive safely and lawfully on Colorado highways and byways.
