Get used to different

This month my wife Julie and I have entered our twenty-sixth year of ministry in Colorado Springs. We’ve loved being part of this community and feel privileged to live in a place with such natural beauty. Blue skies, the majestic Pikes Peak, and numerous wildlife are visible each time I travel across the Fountain Valley. That hasn’t changed, but so many other parts of this area look very different than when we arrived in 1995.
I believe there were less than 30,000 people in the valley at that time. Powers Blvd. stopped at Fontaine and there wasn’t a Mesa Ridge market district yet. Ou...
