MiLL earns statewide award

Representatives from The MiLL and Widefield and Peyton school districts cheer as they receive the news that The MiLL was named winner of the Colorado Succeeds prize for 'Transformation Impact in a High School' award, which comes with $15,000 to use for its programs.

The Manufacturing Industry Learning Lab (The MiLL) won the prestigious 2020 Colorado Succeeds Prize in the "Transformational Impact in a High School" category, sponsored by Slalom. The MiLL was awarded $15,000 to use towards its programs.

"This is an outstanding recognition and amazing accomplishment for both Widefield and Peyton school districts," WSD3 Communications Director Samantha Briggs said.
