State orders county to limit capacities

El Paso County has been ordered to move to Safer at Home Level 2 status in the state's dial framework effective Wednesday, Nov. 4. The order includes capacity limits of varying degrees, including 50 percent for restaurants, retail and personal services; 25 percent for gyms and group sports; and caps of 100 and 175 people for indoor and outdoor events, respectively. Churches are exempt from capacity limits but must meet social distancing requirements.
