Making sure carriers get their tips

I have had the privilege of working here at the Fountain Valley News for seven months, and in that time I have had many wonderful conversations with our subscribers. One of my many duties as Office Manager is to maintain the subscription database and all relevant records. I started in May, during the lockdown when we were all still trying to figure "it" out. Due to safety concerns carriers were instructed to stop collecting directly from customers. For subscribers who looked forward to paying their carrier each month, this was a hard routine to break.
