Winter Citrus Fruit Salad

Opening a pomegranate is “nearly” as exciting as unwrapping presents under the tree. See for yourself.

1-2 limes

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons poppy seeds

2 grapefruits (1 red, 1 pink)

4 oranges (combination of blood,

navel and Cara Cara)

1 clementine

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Yogurt, for serving

1. Finely grate 2 teaspoons lime zest; reserve. Squeeze 3 tablespoons lime juice into small bowl, whisk in honey and poppy seeds.

2. Cut away peel and white pith of grapefruits, oranges and clementine, and slice into rounds. Arrange on platter, drizzle with lime dressing and sprinkle with lime zest and pomegranate seeds. Dollop with yogurt if desired. Makes 8 servings.
