Overnight French Toast

This savory, feeds-eight French toast – a cost-effective, cheese-crusted combo of baked bread, eggs and Gruyere – rests overnight so you can just pop it in the oven on Christmas morning.

6 large eggs

2 cups milk

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper
