Mushroom & Cheese Pizza for One

A fast, vegetarian dinner that’s ready in minutes!
1/2 package (8 ounces) Italian bread shells (one 4-ounce bread shell, about 6 inches in diameter)
1 tablespoon bottled spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar-and-mozzarella cheese blend
1/2 can (3-ounce) sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
