Capacities increase at new Level Yellow

El Paso County moved to Level Yellow on the state's COVID-19 dial last Saturday, meaning capacities at restaurants and other venues may increase.
The move comes after the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) released an updated COVID-19 dial framework Friday.
The new framework, called Dial 2.0, changes the incidence metrics of each level of the dial to reflect the impact of vaccinations and decreasing disease rates across the state, and aims to better balance disease suppression and economic activity.
