Who's counting the vaccines?

Last week officials in El Paso County determined that the county is not getting its fair share of COVID-19 vaccines from the state. Whether you're pro or anti vaccine, the situation raises some RED flags. (Pun intended. I'll explain later.)
As Commissioner Longinos Gonzalez noted, the county's population is nearly as big as Denver's, but we were getting roughly half the number of doses. And, far fewer senior citizens were being vaccinated as a result of the shortage.
