Touch your toes - or not!

Touching your toes has nothing to do with being healthy.
I always joke with my yoga students that being able to touch your toes is great, but it really has nothing to do with health, nor does it serve us in the way we think it does!
In fact, I'm trying to think of one time where touching your toes could make your quality of life better (I can't think of one either). The real benefits to give your body are mobility matched with strength.
