Feds to review decision to relocate Space Command

On Friday the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) informed Congressman Doug Lamborn that they would review matters relating to the methodology and scoring of the Department of the Air Force’s decision-making process for the location of the permanent headquarters for U.S. Space Command, as he requested. The GAO is an independent, nonpartisan legislative branch agency that provides auditing, evaluation and investigative services for the United States Congress. This review comes after Lamborn sent a letter Feb. 1 to the GAO asking for an official review.
