UC Health offers exercise class for adults 50-plus

Stepping On is a seven-week program that meets for two hours and can host up to eight participants at a time.
The classes feature guest speakers and teach participants a home exercise program for strength and balance. They are geared toward participants 50 and older who live at home, are ambulatory with or without an assistive device, and have a fear of falling or have fallen in the last 12 months.
