The city of Fountain is celebrating Arbor Day by giving away tree saplings at City Hall on Saturday, April 24. Saplings will include red oak, blue spruce and maple. Distribution will be from 9 a.m. and continue until supplies run out.

In addition, Black Hills Energy is giving away more than 1,000 free trees to customers through a partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation’s Energy-Saving Trees Initiative beginning on Thursday, April 22.
